The facilities are amazing, the staff are incredibly lovely and helpful and the grounds in which the complex is located are beautiful. The Rock Bar was an amazing experience as was the Italian Restaurant in their Segara complex.

The sheer quantity of bars, restaurants and things to do means you will never be bored. Kubu Beach is excellent, one of the best beaches ive been to. The food is excellent in all of the restaurants. It's very easy to get around the resort in general. I stayed for 8 days and there was still aspects of the resort that I hadn't seen. I would stay again.

Wow the place is so vast!! So much to do and see you'll never have to leave. We stayed here for 3 nights and did not get to see it all. Food was great, service was great and we loved the tram service. We also loved using the chat to get our week planned and we had just the most perfect time :) This place is also family/kid friendly but also has areas that are adults only. We loved Rock Bar, the Spa, the mini golf course and everyone who worked there was so nice and accommodating!!! Breakfast was also amazing and you can try the different resorts each time to mix it up.

The hotel has a huge and very green territory. You can even meet monkeys on your way to the beach. The stuff is very nice and helpful. One can move around the territory by open buses which comes frequtently. Breakfast offers lots of dishes of international cuisine.

We stayed at Rimba Hotel in Bali for the final night of our trip, and it was the perfect way to end our holiday. The resort is truly five-star – everything felt immaculate, modern, and beautifully maintained. The staff were outstanding – so welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more special. Our bedroom was gorgeous, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, and for the standard of the room it felt like really good value for money. The food across the resort was stunning, and the highlight was heading to the famous Rock Bar to watch the sunset with beautiful cocktails, followed by dinner on the cliffs – such a magical setting. Yes, it was more expensive than other places we stayed in Bali, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this level, and it was absolutely worth it. It made our last night in Bali truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Rimba for anyone looking for a five-star experience that combines comfort, great service, and a spectacular setting.

It was very lovely, the price for food and drink at the rock bar was like Australian prices. However the food and drink wasn’t great. I guess you pay for the views

Every single member of staff we came across shon with happiness which made our time that little bit more special. The detail and care the bar staff, waiters/es, housekeeping made was second to none that I’ve witness before. Our room was great and perfectly cleaned daily. Food was also very good and our personal favorite was To’Ge for food and Unique Bar for the evenings.

The pools were amazing and able to tram from each section of the resort and use all the facilities was amazing. The Rock Bar is worth going to but it is HOT so be prepared until the sun goes down. Scusa Restaurant is beautiful with amazing food and beautiful staff. All staff are friendly and attentive, rooms are clean and comfortable and grounds are beautiful. No need to step outside the resort as everything you need is there.
